16" Impulse Sealer Service Kit

This service kit provides the primary wear components needed to restore consistent sealing performance on the SPB16 16" tabletop impulse sealer. Each kit includes two replacement heating elements, one PTFE tape strip, and one PTFE cover — the parts most likely to degrade with regular sealing cycles.

Warehouses, fulfillment centers, manufacturers, and production lines that rely on poly bag sealing benefit from keeping a kit on hand. Worn heating elements and degraded PTFE surfaces are the most common causes of inconsistent or failed seals, leading to product damage and packaging rework.

Each kit is sold individually and weighs 0.16 lbs. The compact size makes it practical to stock as a standard maintenance supply at impulse sealer stations, so replacements are available the moment a heating element burns out or a PTFE surface shows wear.
