These 2-1/2 x 2-1/2 x 40" angle boards are built to heavy-duty grade with a .225" wall thickness, delivering substantial corner and edge reinforcement for palletized freight and bundled materials. The 40-inch length accommodates tall pallet stacks and long load profiles where shorter protectors fall short.
The .225" wall thickness makes these angle boards well suited for high-compression polyester and polypropylene strapping applications, as well as stretch-film-secured pallet loads in warehousing, manufacturing, and distribution environments. They also serve as structural inserts inside corrugated cartons, adding column strength to reduce crush damage in multi-tier stacking.
